Bio:

Ledion Lico is a highly experienced AI/Data professional and researcher, working as a data scientist at Paychex. In his current role he has worked on a variety of machine learning and deep learning projects including customer interactions transcripts data analytics, job titles prediction and normalization, customer segmentation, growth prediction, and others. Having previously worked as an NLP researcher at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Ledion has studied and researched the most advanced methods utilizing deep learning in NLP. Prior to Paychex, he worked as an IT manager for several years, dealing with various business data processes and platforms. Ledion has a MS degree in Data Science from the University of Rochester and a PhD in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has published several papers regarding the utilization of Machine Learning in customer behavior analysis and prediction.
