Bio:

Koga leads Planning and Business Intelligence organization at Jetson, a leader in personal mobility devices including electric bikes, electric scooters, and hoverboards. Koga joined Jetson in 2021 where is responsible for building the Data & Analytics foundation that generates insights to positively impact customer experience and improve Jetson’s operational performance. He brings extensive knowledge in the consumer electronics industry after working at different services roles at Samsung, Nokia and Microsoft and he also held a series of strategy and consulting roles earlier in her career at Accenture.

Koga prides himself on being very analytical and by connecting the dots across different parts of the customer journey. He is truly passionate about performing deep dive analysis to find the optimal spot between positively impact customer experience, and bringing positive ROI to the company.
