Bio:

Dave Coughlin currently leads a team of 10 data science professionals in the pursuit of driving greater membership and margin for CVS Health’s insurance products. Prior to that he did stints in strategy consulting and population health research. A passion of his is performance improvement and he recently wrote a book to scale the insights he has used to turbocharge his own career (3 promotions in 5 years) but also the careers of his mentees. Dave currently lives just outside of Boston with his wife and three children and holds both an MS in applied math and MBA.
