She recently joined Vanguard as the Director of Client Experience Personalization in the Chief Data and Analytics Office. With a passion for leveraging data-driven insights and advanced analytics to drive engagement and deliver personalized experiences, Chrissy has supported enterprise businesses over her career in strategy, ideation, design, execution, and optimization of next best action decision engines to connect omni channel campaigns. Outside of work, Chrissy lives in Charlotte, NC and enjoys exploring new cities with her husband and daughter.
