Bio:

Rikki Singh is VP of Product & Engineering for Emerging Technology & Innovation at Twilio. In this role she leads Twilio’s Horizon-3 initiatives focused on driving step-change innovation that empowers builders and unlocks Twilio’s next era of growth. These innovations span AI-powered customer engagement, LEO satellite communication, privacy-first data services, and the next-generation developer experience.

Previously, Rikki was a Partner with McKinsey & Company, where she built and scaled their product and engineering service line. During this time, she helped lead the world’s largest software companies and fast-growth software as a service (SaaS) companies through product and engineering transformations. Prior to consulting, she was building products at Microsoft Azure. She holds an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
